Create an accurate listing
Use a clear, truthful title, select the closest category, and describe the item, property, vehicle, service, or role accurately. Include relevant condition, specifications, availability, and location details. Only post listings you are authorised to advertise.
Use your own photos
Upload clear photos that genuinely represent the listing. Do not use misleading, unrelated, watermarked, copyrighted, or duplicate images. Job listings do not need photos; use a clear title and role description instead.
Price and contact details
Enter a realistic price or rental rate and make its period clear. Use Emiggle’s phone, WhatsApp, and in-app chat options for contact. Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, links, or requests to move the conversation off-platform in the description.
Keep the marketplace safe
Do not post prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, adult, discriminatory, deceptive, or fraudulent content. Never ask buyers to pay in advance, share sensitive documents, or meet in unsafe locations. Meet in a public place and inspect an item before payment.
One listing, one offer
Do not create duplicate listings or combine unrelated products and services in one ad. Update or remove a listing when it is sold, rented, filled, unavailable, or no longer accurate.
Moderation
All listings may be reviewed before publication. Emiggle may edit category placement, request clarification, reject, pause, or remove listings that do not meet these guidelines or our Terms & Conditions.
